Ndidokunda is a qualified Chattered Accountant who graduated from the University Of Cape Town and the University of South Africa. She completed her articles traineeship at one of the big four audit firms in South Africa. After completing her articles, she spent four months in Zambia assisting one of the big four audit firms in external audit.
She has vast experience in external audit, financial reporting, project management and communication. She experienced some undesirable living conditions in Zambia which stirred a desire to her to want to contribute to Africa through education, social development and health care. Apart from her work at Takalani Foundation, she works as an Assistant Manager: Financial Accounting and Advisory Services. She is involved in managing teams and ensuring that client deliverables are delivered timeously and with a high quality. Her day-to-day work includes but not limited to system analyses, financial statements preparation, IFRS conversion, compliance and regulation.
She is excellence driven and her long-term goals are to enable all South Africans to have access to education and resources so as to enable them achieve their maximum potential. She has been involved in tutoring Mathematics and English in Alexander townships, as well as Accounting in Soweto high schools. In future, she plans to build homes and clinics for previously disadvantaged communities and provide them with access to basic needs.
